ABOUT CONTENDR

BUILT BY PLAYERS FOR PLAYERS.

THE PROBLEM

Getting noticed in esports still runs on who you happen to know. A player can hit the top of the ladder, put up numbers in every scrim, and still never get a look because the people building rosters are working off Discord servers, group chats, and whoever their current players can vouch for.

Meanwhile scouts have the opposite problem. There's no shortage of talent. There's a shortage of ways to find it. They're scrolling clips and asking around, hoping the right name comes up.

Both sides are looking for each other. Neither has a real place to look.

OUR SOLUTION

A profile you actually own. Your rank, your role, your agent or hero pool, your VODs, your tournament history, and your stats in one link, structured so scouts can filter for exactly what their roster is missing.

Nothing gets pulled without you. You decide what's on your profile and whether you're visible at all. Opting in is the whole model. This only works if players are the ones choosing to be found.

How we're doing it

01

First in gets first say

The people who sign up before launch decide which games come next and what gets built first.

02

Your data stays yours

We don't scrape, resell, or surface anything you haven't chosen to share. Your profile is visible because you decided it should be.

03

Players first, always

Every decision gets tested against one question: would this have actually helped us get noticed? If not, it doesn't ship

04

We haven't figured it all out

Some of this we'll get wrong. We'd rather say that now than act surprised later.
